Dear sir, right from our first vsit to the shop, we found your customer service First Class. The lady on the reception was most helpful in giving us advice and samples and a rough quote, and it may have been that you gave us further advice. When we asked for someone to call to look at the job as the room was an unusual shape with 11 mitres, this was no trouble to you and the staff member that came was even able to recommend a coving and he said he would drop a sample - and he did. They are a credit to your company and behaved in a manner that was not only totally professional but friendly with it. I am really pleased with the whole curtious way in which they worked and will definatley be recommending them onto people that ask me. They were the best duo I have ever met working together, from the moment they entered my house they treated both me, my son and my house with 100% respect.
